SECUREDPICKS CORP - Terms of Service

1. Nature of Services

SECUREDPICKS CORP is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, financial institution, investment advisor, or wagering platform. We do not accept, process, facilitate, or hold wagers.

2. Educational and Entertainment Content

All picks, predictions, opinions, commentary, discussions, records, statistics, examples, screenshots, and content are provided solely for informational, educational, entertainment, and community purposes.

3. No Advice

Nothing provided constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, gambling, or professional advice.

4. Independent Decisions

Users make all wagering and financial decisions independently and at their sole discretion and risk.

5. Assumption of Risk

Sports wagering involves substantial risk, including the loss of all funds wagered. Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with betting activity.

6. No Guarantees

SECUREDPICKS CORP makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, profitability, success rates, future outcomes, or future performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Discord Access

A valid Discord account is required for certain services. Users must comply with Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and SECUREDPICKS community rules.

8. Community Conduct

SECUREDPICKS CORP may suspend, revoke, terminate, or deny access for rule violations, abuse, harassment, fraud, chargebacks, or conduct harmful to the community.

9. User Generated Content

SECUREDPICKS CORP is not responsible for statements, opinions, recommendations, or content posted by users, moderators, guests, or community members.

10. Partnerships and Affiliates

SECUREDPICKS CORP may maintain affiliate, sponsorship, promotional, advertising, or partnership relationships with Winible, PrizePicks, Sleeper, Underdog, Chalkboard, and others.

11. Payments and Third-Party Platforms

Winible and other third parties may facilitate payments, memberships, CRM functions, and account services. SECUREDPICKS CORP is not responsible for outages, delays, billing issues, technical failures, or account issues occurring within third-party platforms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, videos, educational materials, picks, written materials, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of SECUREDPICKS CORP.

13. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable.

14. Content Availability

SECUREDPICKS CORP makes reasonable efforts to publish content and picks consistently but does not guarantee timing, frequency, availability, completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted delivery.

15. Force Majeure

SECUREDPICKS CORP shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, platform failures, internet disruptions, third-party failures, acts of nature, or technical issues.

16. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SECUREDPICKS CORP shall not be liable for betting losses, lost profits, business losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, or reliance upon content.

17. Liability Cap

Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to SECUREDPICKS CORP during the twelve months preceding the claim.

18. Release

Users release SECUREDPICKS CORP, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, moderators, and representatives from claims arising from wagering activity or reliance upon content.

19. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SECUREDPICKS CORP from claims arising from their conduct or use of services.

20. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable California law. Users waive participation in class actions, representative actions, and collective proceedings.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

22. Changes

SECUREDPICKS CORP may modify any policy, service, feature, pricing structure, membership benefit, program, or term at any time without prior notice.
