SECUREDPICKS CORP - Mentorship Program Agreement

1. Program Description

The Mentorship Program primarily consists of prerecorded educational video content, training materials, resources, and access to a mentorship community.

2. No Personal Coaching Relationship

Participation does not create a consulting, advisory, coaching, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or professional relationship.

3. No Personalized Advice

Any examples, discussions, strategies, opinions, commentary, or demonstrations are general in nature and are not tailored to individual circumstances.

4. No Guarantee of Results

SECUREDPICKS CORP makes no representation regarding betting success, revenue growth, business growth, audience growth, affiliate income, profitability, or commercial success.

5. Confidentiality

Participants may not disclose, distribute, sell, share, publish, or otherwise provide mentorship materials, recordings, strategies, systems, or proprietary information to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All mentorship content remains the exclusive property of SECUREDPICKS CORP.

7. Recording Restrictions

Participants may not record, reproduce, redistribute, republish, or publicly display mentorship content without permission.

8. Community Access

Mentorship participants may receive access to private Discord communities subject to all Discord and SECUREDPICKS rules.

9. Complimentary Benefits

Any complimentary premium access, bonus benefits, community access, or promotional features provided alongside the mentorship are discretionary bonuses and may be modified, suspended, substituted, or discontinued.

10. Refund Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, mentorship purchases are non-refundable.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked for violations of this Agreement, Discord rules, SECUREDPICKS rules, abuse, fraud, or harmful conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

SECUREDPICKS CORP shall not be liable for business outcomes, betting outcomes, financial outcomes, lost revenue, or other results arising from participation.

13. Arbitration and Governing Law

This Agreement incorporates the dispute provisions of the SECUREDPICKS Terms of Service and is governed by California law.

14. Changes

SECUREDPICKS CORP may modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
